What is the refund/return policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction. We will refund your money or replace the WallStar if you meet the following conditions.

  1. The WallStar is in original condition - If your WallStar is in original condition you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date to exchange it or receive a refund (less shipping and handling fees).
  2. The WallStar is damaged or defective. - If your order arrives damaged you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date and we will refund you for the damaged item or replace it at our discretion.

If you want to return your WallStar please follow these steps.

  1. Email us at support@collegewallstars.com and give us your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will email you a return authorization number. We will not process your return without one.
  3. Place your WallStar in the package it was originally shipped in and clearly mark the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Use a traceable shipping service when returning your package to us.
